Annual Sprinkler Maintenance
- Destination Fee: Waived

- Spring Start-up: $258*
- Summer Tune-up: $129*
*Systems over 5 zones will incur a small additional expense per zone.
Annual Drainage Maintenance
- $258 plus tax for two technicians up to 1.25 hours.
- Includes $10 credit for root inhibitor.
- Annual pricing assumes scheduling in Sept, Dec-Feb and that your system had a clean inspection the previous year.
